We are Alpha Architects Ltd. We are members of the Royal Institute of British Architects Chartered Practice (office no:3130190) with extensive experience in Residential, Interiors, Commercial, Developments and Community projects. Established in 2017, we provide architectural design and advice from our head office in Buckhurst Hill (Essex) and our office in Docklands (London).
We bring experience, creativity and practicality to all projects, however large or small. We have a reputation for reliability and providing solutions that maximise the clients brief and budget.
We offer the full architectural service from the Initial Consultation, Feasibility Study, Planning Application, Building Regulations Application, Tender, Contracts, Project Management and support during construction to a completed project. Nic is the founding director of the company. Nic’s role in the company is Business Development Manager, Marketing, Social Media & Public Relations. Nic was a Chartered Architect with over 25 years experience (1999-2025) currently unregistered.
Kaveh Bakhtiar
BA (hons) Dip Arch ARB RIBA
Kaveh is our Principal Architect who is a registered Architect with the Architects Registration Board(ARB) and a Chartered Architect with the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA). Kaveh is responsible for the architectural output of the office.
David Lea
BSC (hons)
David is a director of the company and financial controller.
Nina Mace

Nina is the office manager. Nina’s role is administration, client face and the day to day management of the company.
